As leading organisation for contemporary performing arts you need an UX concept that is innovative and accessible for everyone on the same time. Existing users should be able to find shows just as easy as new theatre visitors. To find a modern way of presenting a large theatre program, we went to see how big cinemas and streaming services like Netflix approach this UX subject.
