As a strategist at Bravoure, you play multiple roles: inspirer, sparring partner, and business advisor. You're at the forefront of creating digital brand strategies that perfectly align with audience needs while simultaneously boosting business growth. Together with the client, you determine the key 'touchpoints' and how a brand behaves online. This way, you don't just build a brand that stands out digitally, but also ensure that every interaction counts and provides added value for users.
You combine your creative vision with analytical thinking, shaping new digital services and business models that leave a lasting impact. In short, you make a difference by helping our clients navigate and excel in the digital realm as their trusted sparring partner. Your business mindset is always on the lookout for new opportunities within the digital landscape, like innovative technologies such as AI. Your creative problem-solving skills and expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods form the basis for every strategic decision you make. In close collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams, you ensure that this shared vision is concrete and executable, and also yields measurable success in the digital domain.
This Is You:
Approximately 5 years of experience in strategic planning within a digital or integrated agency environment.
A background in marketing, digital business building, startups, or strategy consulting is a plus.
You thrive at the intersection of business, brand, and technology.
You have strong empathy, dare to ask critical questions, and challenge the client.
You can quickly grasp the core of a problem with strong problem-solving skills.
You're able to present complex concepts concisely and convincingly for pitches and presentations.
You can quickly switch between various tasks, ideas, and perspectives to create the most effective strategies with the team.
You have an insatiable curiosity and passion for business innovation and user-centric design.
You have creative problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges and turn them into innovative solutions.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods to make business potential & successes measurable (such as interviews and performance reporting).
Analytical ability to draw data-driven conclusions and report on the effectiveness of an online platform or product.
You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.

Bravoure is a digital product agency based in the heart of Amsterdam. We specialize in brand & product strategy and the creation of digital platforms and products. We do this with a compact team of around 30 dedicated and experienced strategists, designers, and developers who complement and challenge each other every day.
We work with a diverse portfolio of strong clients in markets like culture & events, streaming & media, sustainability & NGOs, and corporate innovation. Think of leading international brands like the Beatport Group, ADE, and Moco Museum; consumer brands like Autotaalglas and Zehnder; and local cultural icons like Paradiso and the Amsterdam Museum.
And you do all this with a team of colleagues who are just as passionate about their work as they are about the fun that follows after work hours, from drinks to bootcamp lessons.
