Introducing a brand new boutique club in the center of Amsterdam is not an easy challenge. We are not creating an ordinary gym website. The online platform of Saints & Stars needs to transcend all other gyms. A long term digital strategy was required. Saints & Stars asked Bravoure to create an online experience that reflects the luxurious service-driven offline experience that was yet to be established.
The high-end appearance of the website is strengthened with slick animations and page transitions. High quality photography and video content further enhance the premium look and feel. Users can find their personal pages easily with the always visible user menu that’s never far away.
User friendly service design establishes the luxurious experience of the responsive online platform that reflects the same feeling people get when they physically visit the premium boutique club. In fact, it’s so good, even Saints & Stars employees use it in the gym.
Signing up for an account is a seamless process on the website. Users can then easily purchase classes and schedule them in their account in an user friendly way. Frequent experiments are used to improve the conversion rate.
Salesforce and VirtuaGym are connected to Saints & Stars in the back-end. The integration assists in the personal user experience on the sales platform. The end user does not notice anything of this in the sales process, while booking classes and while managing their own schedule.
Being a new club means getting your name out there. Together with Saints & Stars we created the possibility to invite a friend with some free classes. The viral effect assisted in getting the brand known in Amsterdam, filling the premium club.
